With the kitchen being fully staffed Bobbi decided to share the receipe for her scrumptious chocolate chip cookies!  If you haven’t had the pleasure of eating one of these perfect cookies RUN to you kitchen and make them right now!  You will not be sorry, unless you are out of milk to go with them. 

Bobbi’s best chocolate chip cookies ever!


3 ¼ cups flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cups unsalted butter semi melted

1 ¼ cup brown sugar

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 egg

1 egg yolk

2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet_

¼ cup milk


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together and set aside.

Cream butters and sugars together until light and fluffy.  Blend in egg and yolk than vanilla

With a wooden spon stir in flour mixture until just combined (do not over mix) then add chocolate chips and milk. 

Using cookie scoop, drop onto lined cookie sheets and bake 15 to 17 minutes.  If making large cookies, add an additional  minutes.

Let cool on a wire rack and store in air tight container, if you don’t eat them
