Notes from Nikkita

It is that time of year when we update all paperwork health insurance cards. Please let us know if you have had any changes to insurance cards.  It’s also a good idea to check with all medical providers and update information with them also. This makes it easier in the facility as well as for you. Keep your POA papers updated as well, should there be any changes we need to know to ensure we are notifying the correct people.

Kee an eye out for our updated social media release form, that you filled out upon initial move in.  This ensure we are only posting pictures of people that wish to be on our Facebook page.  These will be sent out next week.

Please continue to use the front door and screen in before entering the facility. There is also a box of mask, if you do not have your own, please take on so you can visit. We want everyone to stay healthy.
