Maintenance Memo

Alan has been keeping very busy this past month.  He has changed all the batteries in the smoke detectors, checked the emergency lights, ensured the generator is working correctly and completing all the tasks requested of him. 

He is also completing the items needed to get our newly vacant apartment ready to move into.  He is also updating paint in our memory care unit rooms. 

This next month he will be completing all the yearly checks on outlets and receptacles.  This is an important process that keeps us in compliance with state regulations. 

In the next few months, he will be working on some landscaping.  He will be spreading all new mulch around the facility, trimming back bushes, This process will take a while as it has been a few months since this was completed.  Keep an eye out for all the changes this spring, I’m sure you will love them!
