Let’s talk about insurance and our billing process.   Here at Country Lane Retirement Village, we pre-bill. This means the end of each month; you will receive an invoice for the next month.  This is to be paid by the 3rd of the month for which the bill is for. For example, at the end of February you will receive a bill for March that is due by March 3rd

All insurance companies’ post-bill. This means at start of March; Country Lane Retirement Village will send insurance the bill from the past month. This is why you get your reimbursement from insurance towards the end of the following month.

Once all the necessary documentation is faxed to them, insurance companies have up to 30 days to process each claim
