Please remember when coming to visit friends and family in the facility to complete the health screening and take your temperature prior to going to their room.  We have the monitoring stations at the front desk and in the dining room by the entrance doors.  If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please postpone your visit until you feel well. 

Please note with the upcoming holiday season the office will not be staffed on Thanksgiving day, Christmas day and New Years day.  Thank you for you patience and understanding
